A live talk for the Great Energy community, published on the Love Your Life Podcast, on my why: helping people feel free from unnecessary suffering. I talk about life as the great humbler, how old Soul wounds tint the way we see, the 3 centers of wisdom, love and power, and why the physical layer matters so much in Midlife.

What Daniela covers in this talk

What is the difference between pain, suffering and unnecessary suffering?

My why is simple: I help people feel free from unnecessary suffering. There is pain, there is suffering, and then there is the suffering we add when we live from automatic, unconscious habits. I describe life as the great humbler: it keeps inviting us to learn and unlearn. Becoming conscious is the move out of those automatic patterns, and the litmus is how relaxed you feel.

How do old wounds change the way I see my life?

I name 5 Soul wounds: abandonment, rejection, betrayal, injustice and humiliation. The ones we receive and deliver become a tint on our lenses, so we read ordinary moments through a hue of abandonment or betrayal. I compare healing to making ghee: you apply heat, the impurities bubble up, and you separate them out. That clarifying is the lens cloth that lets you see the moment cleanly.

Why does my physical health matter for my spiritual life in midlife?

In many spiritual circles, care for the body stops at yoga, Qigong and movement. What is happening in your cells, hormones, gut, adrenals and iron stores shapes how connected you feel. By Midlife, I want you to be able to name your vitamin D, B12, selenium, magnesium, iron, ferritin and full thyroid panel, including free T3, read through functional medicine ranges. Fatigue, bloating and joint pain are common, and many Women suffer in silence.

Topics covered: freedom from unnecessary suffering, life as the great humbler, Soul wounds and tinted lenses, the 3 centers of wisdom, love and power, the physical layer in Midlife, labs to know in Midlife.

Hi everyone. Happy Friday. It's good to be with you. Give me a moment to just make sure I'm in the right place. Okay. Yeah, there we go. All right. And let me pull open. There we go. I've got some notes, a few things that I wanted to cover today. All right. Well, hi. It's great to be with you. for those of you for whom I'm perhaps meeting the first time, welcome. Welcome to the Great Energy community. My name is Daniela and Christopher and I are the co-founders of Great Energy. That's our it's our business name. And this community is a space where oh my gosh, so much great information is shared through such a variety of lenses and incredible contri contributing educators. So, I just wanted to welcome those of you for whom you may have just joined this group in the last month and you're like, what is this Great Energy community business and what's going on and why are there so many posts about test don't guess and do you know your ferritin levels? So, welcome. Grab a cup of tea if you're here with me live or if you're here on replay.

And settle in because there's a few things that I want to chat with you about. first of all, I just want to acknowledge each of you that is taking the time to read through some of the articles. I know some of them are very long. You know, when I get going on an idea, I'm like, well, there's this dot to connect and that one and that one. And so, I appreciate you staying with the length of some of them. you know, some of them are like a five to 10 minute read probably. And save in your notes anything that is really valuable for you that you want to go back and refer to. you know, no one is here in this group by accident. very likely if you're here, it's because we have crossed paths through many meaningful chapters. Right? If we go way back over the last 20 years, right? There's oh there's the radiance course coursework that some of us you know got to know one another through. some of you I've had the great honor to meet in another chapter when I was primarily teaching the awareness keys and the healing keys. And then some of you here I got to know through yoga teacher trainings through the foundations of awareness curriculum. some of you here, Christopher and I have gotten to know through our Qigong training and immersions. I may know you through grief course that Yakob and I shared or my the grief Yeah, there have been many iterations of the grief course over the years. Some of us know one another because we travel together through the pandemic through online education.

And I may know some of you here because we work together one-on-one in the area of women's midlife coaching. and I have some clients that are here in the group because I love serving women in their 20s as well. So, currently my passion, as many of you can see, is women's midlife women's midlife health. You know, when I look over the decades that I've had the great honor of teaching and sharing education, always midlife, you know, no matter how old I was, it was the midlife chapter, women between 40 and 65 that I always gravitated to teaching to and traveling on this journey with. And here I am finally, yay, in my own midlife chapter in my 50s. And there's so much that we are not taught about the physical layer and all the changes that occur in midlife and how much suffering do we really have to experience in midlife when our metabolic functioning is working when our system is in balance and I would assert not much. One of my dear friends and colleagues Stephanie she shared today in another post about the blue zones. Now, I've been loving studying about the blue zones also for many years. And I have a another colleague that's from a blue zone. When I asked her about perimenopause, for example, she just kind of looked at me like she didn't really know exactly what I was talking about. She's like, 'We don't we don't experience that.' Right?

So, that really had me curious. What cultures are not experiencing many of the things that women in midlife are experiencing here in the United States? So, I'm currently developing a course. It's a four session women's midlife health miniseries that I'm aiming to launch in August or September. I'm really going to play for August and make it very affordable because there's so much information that doesn't have to be overwhelming and complicated. And that's one of my favorite things to do is to take a boatload of information and distill it down into bite-sized pieces so that you're not drowning in and then you need magnesium and then you need selenium and then you need this and then you need that. Right? We're going to go one step at a time and make it fun. There's a lot of differences between blue zones and I don't know what color the other zones are. They're just not blue. So, but I like I like blue. It reminds me of medicine Buddha, right? So, of healing and health and well-being. So, I'll go with that. So, a few things about why this group exists in its simplest form. this group and how I can connect with all of you and how other contributing educators and collaborators can connect with you is because this group and what happens here is a direct expression of my soul's intention.

I have a why statement, right? Many of you have been through that exercise in the foundations of awareness and the awareness keys work around well what is your why? You know your why for your life can sound like a really great book title and how you honor your why in varying chapters and seasons can vary and fluctuate. Yet you may notice there's very likely an overarching why. And mine is really simple. I help people feel free from unnecessary suffering. Right? So everything that I do to the very best of my ability is an expression of that that conviction. Right? Your conviction is like that that flag you would put on a hill and you'd like I'd lay down and have my final exhale here because I give myself to that. You're compelled. You can't help it. you can't help but give yourself to your why. And when you kind of fight your why where you just haven't even named it yet, you'll notice, oh, it's been leading me sometimes dragging through the bramble, but either way, it's leading you. Your why is there. So, it's a really beautiful exercise. I'll share a video that we used to share in yoga teacher training by Simon Sinek.

It's probably it was either 13 or 18 minutes long. Beautiful video. And it goes beyond knowing your why goes well beyond like what is my life purpose. Your why is what matters. And I love the word matter. Its root is mater. And it means mother and to bring into being. So it's like what are you here to make matter? What matters to you? What are you here to bring into matter? And you'll notice you're compelled. And when you resist it, it's life is gonna be really bumpy. It really will. So sometimes when you're being dragged along, that's when you just really have to surrender. And Raina has a really beautiful visual of Stephanie. Raina, you have to always remind me. I confuse the planets. Is it a Pluto, Saturnian, something? It's the one that drags you by the ankles through the prickers. that one. Well, your life is going to drag you every now and then, right? So, you want to allow it when that's what that that aspect of your unique roller coaster ride is. And breathe deep and exhale long in those spaces in between. And the purpose of being dragged isn't to beat you up.

It is profoundly clarifying. I really hold one of my other convictions as many of you know through the awareness work and the keys for conscious living is that I always I often describe life as the great humbler. Whatever is happening is happening for your learning and your unlearning and your evolution and your growth. And whatever requires clarifying, whatever requires purification, whatever requires being looked at through the lens of tremendous self-honesty is what gives you your freedom. Because until we really give ourselves to that process, whether it's the contents in the awareness, the foundations of awareness or the keys for conscious living, all of those practices and lessons are designed to support that clarification process. What do I mean by that? Well, if you've ever made clarified butter or ghee, right, you take this beautiful butter and what do you do? you apply heat, right? Think of the heat in those chapters of your life that sometimes they stretch a few months, a few weeks, a few years or a decade, right? That depends on your natal chart. So, if you're curious about the patterns and chapters and seasons of your life and the themes, Raina is who you want to go to and sit down and really get a picture of, as Stephanie often says, you don't get to choose the roller coaster ride that your life is. That's right there in your natal chart. We do get to choose how we ride it. And that's the healing journey because we can't choose freely, right?

People like to say, well, you have free will. We do when we don't. We don't have free will when our beha our beliefs and our behaviors are the result of the automatic unconscious egoic tendencies which are destructive in nature, destructive to ourselves, others, and the world. So this whole journey we're on as spiritual beings having a human experience at Earth school is a journey of learning, a journey of unlearning, a journey of clarifying. Right? So you put the butter in the pan, apply heat and what happens is the impurities bubble up away and then you separate it out. What are you left with? This beautiful golden liquid. That's you. And it's the impurities. How do we get impurities? Doesn't mean like you're impure. It simply means all of the conditioning, all that is unquestioned. All the wounds, all the stings, all the zings, the soul wounds of abandonment, rejection, betrayal, injustice, humiliation that we receive and deliver become the tint on our lenses. So we start to look through our what can be clear lenses through a tint or a different hue. A hue of abandonment, a hue of betrayal, a hue of rejection.

So the clarification is like a lens cloth to our glasses. And until we go through those processes that support the cleansing of our lenses, the cleansing of the orange hue, we cannot experience the living moment at play, what's happening in our life moment by moment cleanly. We're going to experience it and perceive it through the lens of interpretation, through a tinted lens. So the healing journey is a clarifying process. One of my teachers always says, you know, the egoic tendencies aren't so much the bad guys. We're simply here to mature to mature it. So, we are moving. This is what the spiritual journey is, friends. It's a healing journey. We're moving from the automatic realm of unconscious destructive egoic tendencies where our interior world is a bit of a hostile place and it plays outwardly in our lives. You want to see the state of your spiritual life? Look at the state of your life and how you feel in your in your soma, in your body, in your nervous system as you're navigating the lessons. That's always a solid litmus is the quality of our relationships, is the quality of our relationship with our self is how do we treat our body?

How oriented are we to the 80,000 thoughts we have a day of which a solid percentage of them we're thinking and believing true which then creates the automatic corresponding emotions which creates the automatic corresponding felt sensations in the body which is what our regulatory excuse me which is what our vibratory field is. So all of this all of this work is to bring us into our bodies into the experience of a relaxed nervous system into healthy metabolic functioning into the kindness of our inner world, our interior world and into our lightness of being. That's the journey. It's the journey from our personality as the Enneagram describes it. The journey of our personality, our character to our essence and life, how your life unfolds, the plot, the plot twists, the cast of characters exactly as they appear. There's no mistake about it. And everyone has a tough journey. We really do. Everybody's got a tough journey. If we if we could remember that, I think we would be a lot softer on ourselves and one another truthfully.

So the inspiration for my personal why to support people be feeling free from unnecessary suffering, right? There's pain, there's suffering, and then there's unnecessary suffering. That's the evolution of conscious of becoming conscious, right? Moving from automatic unconscious to what? to being conscious creators in our life and that's a relaxed state. That's always your litmus is how relaxed do you feel? Truly, it's not easy at all and it is that simple. So root inspirations for me as an educator go way back. They take me way back to when I was about eight years old and the Buddha's four noble truths found me. It's about the story of suffering, you know, and there's a what is suffering? Everybody's got suffering. How here's the problem and here's the way out and then a series of steps, eight steps that if you live them, you're going to experience less suffering. And what also really struck me and what really serves as tremendous inspiration for me all these years later is the vision and the power of the three jewels. In the Buddhist tradition, the three jewels are the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha.

Well, let's look at that in contemporary form right here in Great Energy. Okay? Let's look at the jewel of the Buddha as the wisdom within each of you and qualified, skillful guides, right? That's why you know Kim Beekman. That's why you've met Lori. That's why you've met Raina. You're going to meet Stephanie on Friday. you're Francine teaches amazing course offerings on Tuesday nights. Jas teaches three center meditation. I'll make sure that you know how to find that. Right? So these are these are skillful guides. All right? So we'll call that the first jewel skillful guides. The second jewel of the dharma. Well, those are the teachings of the Buddha. in contemporary form. I like to think of that as quality education and knowledge. And the third jewel which is as equally important is the Sangha, and that's the community caring individuals walking arm in-armm side by side with one another sharing your reflections sharing your wisdom and most importantly sharing how are you living the principles of quality teachings and quality education in the curriculum of your life as your life is unfolding Right? That's it. One of my teachers, Byron Katie, always says that our wisdom is only half born until we live it. Right? Which then brings me to the stacking of our three centers. I love working with this simple and potent model of the being. And so consider just for a moment that you are a three- centered being. the three centers of divine intelligence, the head center of

Wisdom, the heart center of vast love and compassion, and at your solar plexus, your core center is the center of power. Now, it's oftentimes in our culture that our center of power or action is the one that's a little bit most offline. And especially for women in midlife between 40 and 60, that power center is the one that we most often feel knocked out of alignment with. So you could also think of this clarifying purifying journey as one of coming into an inner congruence with yourself with all three centers so that they are stacked and openly communicating with one another that your wisdom and your love are in sync. and then trickle down so that your core center of power and action you can live it in your life. This realm, the material plane, this 3D realm is a realm of one thing. It's a realm of action. And non-action is action when that's intentional stillness, right? So I don't mean you sit on your couch now and just drool. That's not what non-action means. It means being conscious and aware and listening in the space between your thoughts for the simple directions or the voice of the friend that guidance.

What is the action for you to do that comes from a place of the head center and the heart center? Cultivate your beingness. Right? So, we're here to experience ourselves playing the character we're playing in this realm and playing the character you're playing. Knowing yourself as your true identity, the character you're playing, the roles you are, a mom, a partner, a this and a that, right? Those are your roles. We identify with those roles. And so that's kind of like the realm of the who are you. But the journey is to come into that experience, that embodied experience that's only through direct experience. We can't think our way to what I'm describing. So the mental body can relax. Like you can't figure it out. You can't figure out what you are. We're here to experience ourselves as a what. What are you? And what we are qualities of being in any given moment. What you are being is the embodiment of gratefulness in this moment. In this moment, you're being the embodiment of mercy. In this moment, you're being the embodiment of power. And what you are doing flows from being.

So that's the work, right? And it's and it's a tough journey. when we haven't gotten ourselves oriented yet internally. So our life becomes a series of it can feel like I'm treading water. My relationship is stressful. My being with my children is stressful. Work is stressful. Right? These are all compounding stressors that over time really tax our whole system. So this journey is a process of stepping back and relearning for many of us or revisiting some basic practices and principles and teachings and skills that many of us never learned. Right? So think back for those of you that I traveled with during pandemic and in radiance course. think back to one of the foundational lessons in the awareness keys and the foundations of awareness, right? Do you remember think versus feel and in your speech? What a difference that makes when you sort those out? Because oftentimes, for example, we speak in a very confusing way, right? You have challenges in some of your relationships. Well, we don't even have to look at what the story yet. Let's rewind and go back to do you know how to active listen. That was one of the foundational lessons, right? The active listening and what that gives the empowering the empowerment that gives the speaker, the person in your life that you cherish when we listen to them in an uninterrupted way. You don't advise at all. You take should out of your speaking like delete the word should completely from your whole system.

Reflect back what you're hearing. Throw a dart at the emotion you think they're describing and let them move from here to here and down into their power center of action of what to do from a place of being. Right? So that was one of them. The other one was when you speak, do you use the word I feel like you're not listening to me? And that's not a feeling. So, we have very complicated and confusing speaking styles that has been so accepted in our culture and it makes for big old messes in the way we relate to ourselves. So, I'll go into those lessons again in, well, if you're in the Qigong immersion, we get to go through those and when I pop on Wednesdays, I'll share I'll do some refreshers on some of those lessons. but in the meantime, oh, hang on. Let me check the threads here. Oh, Erin, is it working now? If the You're saying it's spooling. Let me know if it's not working. If it's not working right. okay. So, let's talk about what healing means a little bit. It is such a layered process. And what I often times see and why you see me sharing more and more about what's going on in the physical layer is that I have found now for decades in so many different spiritual circles and communities and groups that it can be so easy to narrow our care of the physical layer to yoga, Qigong and movement practices and to

Not go too far beyond that. So, I've been I will continue to shout from the mountains as will Stephanie about absolutely fundamental foundational self-care for the physical layer of the body that honestly are non-negotiable if you really want to experience yourself having an uninterrupted and sustained experience as a spiritual being. All right? Because what's going on, what's not going on in the body, in your cells, in your inner balance, in your hormonal system, in your endocrine system, what's going on in your gut, what's going on with your adrenals, how's your iron, all of those questions, if that's if that, especially in midlife, doesn't become one of your primary focuses, how you experience 60 and onward can it can be very difficult to turn that ship around. It can be completely turned around in midlife because however we were treating ourselves or not treating ourselves in our 20s and our 30s and our 40s bam is going to catch up to you as soon as you start entering into perimenopause. Okay.

So you're going to hear a lot about what is absolutely necessary and required on the physical layer that your primary care physician is not going to tell you about. It's a rare unicorn if your primary care physician is having these conversations with you. so that's why I'm making this course for women miniourse because I spend a lot of time in private messages repeating the same thing with people. So I want to or I'll organize it for you so you have it. You can keep referring to it. Okay. What's going on the mental body? How are we How much of your time do you spend really paying attention to the contents of your inner narrator? Oftentimes what's happening is the inner narrator is running and we merge with it as if it's gospel and truth. What we want to be doing is stepping back and noticing. Oh, I just thought Bob is a jerk. There's that thought again. Huh? Oh, I know. Three insight questions Daniela has taught me that I can sit down and ask myself when I keep noticing Bob is a jerk. And then I text people to get confirmation that they also agree with me that Bob is a jerk.

Where does that get us? Well, 80,000 thoughts a day, all day long. Whichever ones you believe that are stressful, those are the two requirements for the ones you believe that are stressful. How do you know something is stressful? You feel contraction in your body. You feel heat. You feel agitation. That's why remember in the foundations of awareness, remember the whole lesson on agitation is your ally. What is it teaching you? To pause when you feel agitated. Pitta people are going to feel fiery and fury when they're agitated. Right? Vata people are going to spin out or completely withdraw. Right? Kapha people have their own way of navigating agitation. So what are your sensations and textures of agitation? These are the foundational some of the foundational lessons of awareness that if you traveled with me and you learned this, I implore you to keep revisiting it. Okay? I will keep touching on these on these Wednesday conversations. but they're foundational for a reason because what you put on top of that foundation determines how that next thing holds up.

So then the emotional body. Well, geez louise. So many of us were not at all taught how to manage, honor, attend to our emotions. Heck, in my up until my 30s, I thought talking about why I was feeling what I was feeling back up in my mental body was attending to my emotions. Well, that's why you have the great joy to meet Yakob, who teaches somatic vocal healing so that we can attend and honor our emotions. Grief work, attending and honoring our emotions. Stephanie has an incredible process that's based in neuroscience called havening that she's going to be sharing with you about that attends to the emotional body. This is the layer we are the least trained in and it is a source of so many challenges that happen in our bodies because we haven't attended to our emotions that those are pockets of energy that are held in our body. Many of you know the body keeps the score that brilliant body of work. So in modern spiritual communities sometimes there is an overfocus on the energetics and the energy body. Yet the real freedom friends it begins with the physical especially given the toxicity and depletion that so many of us carry in midlife. Hence why perimenopause and menopause can feel so uncomfortable.

It's showing us we have other imbalances. We don't have to suffer. okay. Hang on. I have to pause to take What is this? It's my T3. One moment, please. Thank you. Cheers to you. I hope you never get tired of ing the following statement that the quality of your energy determines the quality of your experience of your life. Okay, let that just kind of okay. It's like just consider that quality of your energy, the state of your energy determines the quality of your experience of your life. And when I'm when we talk when we talk about the quality of our energy, I don't just mean our energy body. I mean it's our whole system. What's going on at a cellular level? How is your mitochondrial functioning? How much ferritin do you have? How much iron do you have in midlife?

I'm gonna should this I'm gonna I'm gonna break my own rule. I'll quote I'll put it in quotes. So it doesn't really feel like a real should. In by midlife, you absolutely should always be able to answer a question. If somebody says, 'What is how are your D levels? How is your B12? How's your selenium? How's your magnesium? How's your iron? How's your ferritin? How is your T3, your free?' Okay, all the all there's a whole thyroid panel. You should be able to answer those questions through the lens of functional medicine ranges. Okay. What's common in midlife? Look around when you're out. Fatigue, tired. You can see it in people's eyes. You can see it in their bodies. Inflammation, bloating, exhaustion. joint pain, constipation, diarrhea, all the stuff that's going on that people aren't talking about. Okay, that's why I'm talking about it. Because again and again, whether I'm working with women in groups or one-on-one, when I really get down to it with them, more often than not, women are saying, 'Oh my god, I'm experiencing that. I'm experiencing that.' And they suffer in silence. Why? because they feel embarrassed or they say to their doctor, 'I'm experiencing a lot of bloating or I'm experiencing a lot of tiredness.' And they're not being tested with a full thyroid panel. Or the doctor doesn't even know to ask them, 'Oh, okay. Well, let's start with what are you eating? What do you notice when you eat FODMAP foods?' FODMAP is an acronym for certain types of food that if you

Have a small intestinal bacteria, it's going to create bloating and problems. Many, many women have H pylori. Many women have SIBO and have never even heard of them. So, they suffer in silence. They try to figure it out on their own by fasting or eating pumpkin seeds or eating more beans, doing kitchari cleanse, right? There's nothing wrong with any of these things on their own, but they're not going to treat what's really going on for so many women. And a lot of conventional primary care physicians don't even know how to help you. Okay? So, like just get ready for it because this all of these issues are such a problem and they interrupt our experience of our spiritual life. We experience the more discomfort we have in our physical bodies, how connected do you really feel to yourself as the spiritual being that you are having this human experience? Not so much. it becomes really exhausting to be here on earth and you're dragging and you don't have the energy.

Let me see if there's anything else from my notes that I you know who I also love serving young women in their 20s. Why? So that they don't have to get to 40, 50, 60 and tackle this, right? So, so for those of us that our 20s and 30s have come and gone, here we are. It is never too late, especially in midlife, to turn the ship around. And for women in your 20s, oh my gosh, you do not have to go down that really challenging road. Okay, so that's absolutely my heart of hearts. and I'm just so happy to share with you a very conscious team of educators. these are all educators that are so committed to their inner congruency. living as the embodied expression of wisdom, love, and power. You know, the educators that I share with you here, I know them personally, and they are the same version of themselves when they're not teaching that they are when they are teaching. There's a there's a beautiful quote about, you know, if you're if you're going to teach, make sure you have the same voice everywhere, that you use the same voice teaching that you do when you pick up the phone and call in your sub order at the local sub shop. I that matters that that people I share with you, they walk their talk and that they're the same voice everywhere.

So what can you expect from this group? Well, some cool stuff. Every Monday, Raina is on here sharing at 10:00 a.m. the astrology for the week. All right. her cosmic insights as a mirror for your own evolution and clarity in the upcoming week on Tuesdays. I love sharing Francine's offerings. She shares on her own Zoom account some beautiful experiences ranging these are free from kundalini dance to Osho meditations and somatic beautiful somatic practices. on Wednesday at 12:15, Kim Beekman, she shares a live violet flame meditation. sometimes her meditations are once a month. It's a it's a healing circle meditation. They're powerful. it's come in weekly for this field of healing and deep soul remembrance. So, you don't want to miss those. Kim does post those replays on her YouTube channel as well as she has a whole curated SoundCloud like 50 meditations on Soundcloud. so you just look up Kim Beekman. I'll live stream at one o'clock and just share with you teachings from the keys of conscious living and real life practices for your wholeness and clarity. And on Fridays, you're going to get to meet Friday you're going to get to meet Stephanie on Friday Stephanie Hartwell. She's gonna be on the podcast and you she's just dynamite.

She is what's called a closure coach. She supports through a process of havening clients becoming free of that deep vi vibration from trauma. Now what do I mean by trauma? Well, we have ordinary and extraordinary traumas in our lives. Traumas with big T's like abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, and we have traumas with little T's. Things we decided about ourselves. I don't matter. I'm awful. I'm unlovable. I'm not I'm not worthy. I'm not good enough. I'm deficient in some way. We decide that early something about ourselves early on, usually by six. And we can spend a lifetime trying to comp hide and then trying to compensate for that single belief about ourselves. It's what we think is our deepest flaw. So Stephanie has a very incredible process called Havening that's based in neuroscience. So she'll be talking about that on the podcast and then every Friday after that she'll be coming in to share about emotional life skills. Okay. So you're going to love getting to meet her and you may consider working one-on-one with her. Oh, also back to Kim. Kim, many of you know, has a fantastic recovering from childhood trauma curriculum called the inner alignment level one course.

And there are about over 20 scholarships available right now for level one healing. It is a powerful program that I've been through myself. And again, Stephanie's Haven work and Kim Beekman's inner alignment trauma work, they both get at the root of your stuff because we cannot think our way to our healing. And it plays out in our lives that which is not healed. I have a have an expression that says healing is determined. It's determined. It's showing up in our lives. what needs healing, what needs attending to. So, your life will show you what's up, what's up in the queue to be attended to. so, okay. So, that's a bit about Stephanie and her content. I'll make sure to start sharing when Jia offers her live weekly three centers meditation, wisdom, love, power. She's a fantastic Enneagram coach. and she has a course right now. I'll make sure you know how to sign up for it if you'd like. She has an Enneagram coaching course and an M&M course called magic and manifestation. So, I'll get you that information.

I think that is what I wanted to cover today. I just wanted to welcome those of you that are that have just recently joined to kind of get a sense as to what's available for you in this group. there are free things every week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. I still run Sacred Sunday once a month on Sunday. This month, it'll be on the 21st. If you haven't come to Sacred Sunday, that's also free. It's on Zoom. Come, cameras on or off. I guide you through a contemporary adaptation of the traditional Hawaiian practice ho'oponopono. It's a self forgiveness practice. And then we move into three other meditations that are just beautiful and nourishing. So I highly I've led thousands through Sacred Sunday. And so I invite you to please come at least once to explore that for yourself. It's really potent.

[The talk closes with a few minutes of group intending practice for a community member. It is left out of this transcript for his privacy.]
