These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Great Energy ('Company,' 'we,' or 'us'). The Midlife Mentor and The Midlife Journey Workshop are offered by Daniela Hess through Great Energy.

These terms, together with any documents they expressly refer to (together, these 'Terms of Use'), govern your access to and use of themidlifementor.org, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (the 'Website'), whether as a guest or a customer.

Each woman's body and experience of Midlife is different, and results vary. We make no guarantee of any specific health outcome.

The Midlife Journey Workshop and Other Paid Offerings

The Midlife Journey Workshop is a self-paced, recorded workshop. After your payment is confirmed, you receive access to the recording, transcript, and handouts through a private page on this Website. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workshop and its materials (together, the 'Workshop') for your own personal use. You have no right to modify, copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Workshop beyond your own personal use. You may not sell, share, or redistribute it without our written permission, and you may not offer competing products or services based on it. This license applies to the recording, the transcript, and every handout.

Use of Free Downloadable Content

We offer some resources, such as our free guide, in exchange for your email address (the 'Freemium Content'). We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Freemium Content for your own personal use. You may not sell or redistribute it, create derivative works from it, or offer competing products or services based on it.

Refunds

If a guarantee appears on the workshop page at the time you buy, the terms stated there govern your purchase. A guarantee is a promise about your experience and our care in delivering it. It is never a promise about a health outcome. To ask about a refund or to tell us about a problem with your purchase or your access, email info@greatenergy.org with the purchase date and the name and email address you used. When we determine that you are entitled to a refund, we will promptly ask our payment processor to issue it. If you receive a refund, your license to the Workshop and its materials ends, and you agree to stop using them and to delete any copies.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

If we offer any product or service on a subscription basis, you may cancel at any time by emailing info@greatenergy.org. Your subscription continues to the end of the current period and then ends, and we will not charge you after you cancel.

No Warranties

THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE.
